You may be wondering what went wrong and desperately want to know how you can get things back on track.


The good news is that with the right tools and support you can turn things around, but the truth is that you will need to make some effort to get there and be willing to make changes. It is a bit like wanting to get fit – you won’t get fit without doing any exercise! Sometimes couples want to change their relationships but are not able to put in the effort required. This leads to frustration, disappointment and in my experience can actually make things worse.

- Understanding how to manage “runaway” feelings and thoughts that can often hijack connection.

- Learning how to “fight” well by communicating your needs in a way that protects connection.
