The key to positive change lies in shifting from a dysfunctional "I'm right/you're wrong" dynamic to a much healthier "the relationship wins" dynamic. I use tried & tested principles & interventions to help partners achieve this shift eg:

Communicating in a way that makes it easier to get what you need/want!

Learning how to manage strong emotions during conflict or disagreement!

Healing the wounds of the past that keep you stuck in a cycle of pain & hurt!

Managing executive functioning problems that affect the relationship!
